Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • 1) UDC index of the article;
  • 2) initials and surnames of the author(s), degrees, ORCID;
  • 3) title of the article;
  • 4) extended abstract in Ukrainian (abstract should be at least 1800 characters);
  • 5) the text of the article with the titles of the sections (Introduction, Analysis of research and publications, Problem statement, Presentation of the main material, Conclusions, References);
  • 6) names of authors, title of the article, extended abstract, keywords and phrases in English (italics) (the length of the abstract should be at least 1,800 characters).

Author Guidelines

The article should be structured in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Bulletin of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine - 2003 - No. 1 - P. 2) and have the following elements:

1) problem statement in general and its relation to important scientific or practical problems;

2) brief summarizing analysis of the last achievements and publications underlying current research and ones on which the current research was initiated;

3) short statement of the article goals.

4) presentation of the main research results with a complete explanation of the obtained scientific results

5) conclusions and for further subject area research and its practical implementation.

 

The article is accompanied by:

1) information about the authors (surname, name, year of birth, academic degree and academic title, ORCID, field of scientific interests, position, place of work, business address, e-mail address, mobile phone numbers) ;

2) an electronic media containing two copies of the above materials (article, annotations, information about the authors).

The volume of the article should not exceed 20000 characters Excessive volume may justify refusal to publish.

 

The structure of every article has to have such elements:

1) UDC index of the article;

2) initials and surnames of the author(s), degrees, ORCID;

3) title of the article;

4) extended abstract in Ukrainian (abstract should be at least 1800 characters);

5) the text of the article with the titles of the sections (Introduction, Analysis of research and publications, Problem statement, Presentation of the main material, Conclusions, References);

6) extended abstract in English (abstract should be at least 1800 characters).

 

 The requirements to the text of publication:

1. Page setup: all margins – 2 cm,

2. Font: TimeNewRoman, size 14 pt., Line spacing 1.5.

3. Paragraph - 1.25 cm; text alignment - width.

4. Format –A4; orientation - book.

5. The sections of the article are distinguished in bold style.

6. Drawings, graphs, diagrams should be legible, contrasting; gray and pale colors should be avoided. Because print articles are black and white, it is best to draw drawings, graphs, charts in black and white or with grayscale.

It is necessary to explain all the symbols and abbreviations used in the figures, graphs, diagrams.

The names of figures, graphs, and diagrams are given below them in a separate text line.

7. Formulas should be executed using the formula editor MS Equation 3.0, Math Type. Part of the formula is not allowed to be written in text form and part of it is to be written in the formula editor.

Font sizes in Formula Editor are accepted by default.

Formula sizes cannot be resized (not stretched or compressed). You cannot insert formulas in a table to align formulas.

The formulas in the article should be numbered. The number is placed to the right of the formula in parentheses. If the formula occupies several lines, the formula number is given in the last line of the formula.

The text of the article first refers to the formula and then the formula itself, not the other way around. Explanation of the values of the symbols and the numerical coefficients included in the formula should be given directly below the formula in the order in which they are given in the formula. Explanation of character values or numerical coefficients should be given in a new line. The first line of explanation begins with a paragraph with the word "where" without a colon.

Charts, graphs, diagrams, formulas do not need to be placed in a separate frame or on top of the text. Text should be top and bottom without wrapping.

 

References and bibliographic references are submitted in two forms at the same time, namely:

1. References: design in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;

The list of used literature is formed in one of the following ways:

• in the order in which the links appear in the text;

• in alphabetical order of the names of the first authors or names of sources;

• in chronological order.

Used literature is indicated in the original language. In the alphabetical order of forming a list of used literature, Ukrainian editions are first indicated, then foreign and then electronic resources.

The list of used literature should contain 8-25 titles.

2. Reference required for correct indexing of article links by scientific and metric search engines; it duplicates the first list in Latin and cites Cyrillic sources in translation (if available in a cited edition) or in transliterated form.

Citation lists should be drawn up in accordance with the American Psychological Association (APA) Style International APA (http://nbuv.gov.ua/node/929).

In the "References" list, DOI (digital object identifier), a digital object identifier, must be added to the sources if assigned to the cited source.

You can check for DOI through any search engine.

 

Failure to complete the article above may result in a refusal to publish.
