Stream construction of industrial facilities: modern approaches to logistics and resource provision

The article examines the organizational and technological principles of flow construction of industrial facilities with an emphasis on improving logistics processes and resource supply. It is substantiated that in the conditions of high dynamics of the construction industry, the growth of the scale of restoration and modernization of production infrastructure, as well as the need to reduce project implementation times, flow organization of work is one of the most effective approaches. It ensures the continuity of construction and installation processes, the rhythm of resource use and an increase in overall labor productivity.Particular attention is paid to the logistics support of construction, which is identified as a key factor in the stability and efficiency of flow processes. It is proven that effective management of material, transport and information flows allows avoiding delays, optimizing transportation and warehousing costs, and reducing the risks of destabilizing the production cycle. The relevance of integrating logistics with the resource planning system and work schedules is determined.The paper also emphasizes the growing role of digital technologies in the field of construction logistics and resource supply. It is shown that the implementation of BIM modeling, automated supply management systems and intelligent platforms for monitoring material flows creates new opportunities for increasing transparency and manageability of processes. Digital optimization of logistics helps to reduce the time for making management decisions, reduce the likelihood of errors, and form a single information space for all participants in the construction project.The results of the study showed that modern approaches to organizing logistics and resource supply in the flow construction of industrial facilities allow for more efficient use of resource potential, reducing the cost of construction and installation works and increasing the competitiveness of construction enterprises. The formulated recommendations can be used to improve the practice of construction process management, develop new planning methods and implement innovative organizational and technological solutions in the field of industrial construction.
