Modern stratagems for renewing the competitive environment of construction development

Abstract

The problem of improving the ecological safety of industrial, civil and urban construction is becoming more pressing and goes beyond the adoption of specific engineering measures and programs, acquires socio-economic sound and forms new standards of behavior, norms of morality, relationships between man and nature.
The purpose of the study is to consider, analyze and make proposals for the implementation of modern urban planning innovations based on the principles of biosphere compatibility. Regarding the construction project, formalization of the methodology for calculating the indicators of biotechnosphere of cities and settlements was formalized, quantitative indicators of realization of city functions were determined. The results of numerical analysis of the implementation of city functions allow us to predict the development of urban territory, to assess the comfort and safety of the urban environment from the standpoint of biosphere compatibility of construction sites. In the case of insufficient consideration of the laws of interaction between society and nature, urban development is accompanied by a significant negative (anthropogenic and technogenic) impact on the natural environment, which threatens catastrophic consequences for the biosphere and man. According to the results of the analysis, it is concluded that there is a fundamental need for the adoption of a new urban planning policy and the introduction of biosphere compatible technologies in the construction and reconstruction of urban structures.
Further research requires the task of mathematical modeling, both of individual components of the concept and their cumulative consideration. Building codes also require significant improvement. They should be aimed at comprehensively addressing all aspects of the design of energy efficient buildings.
The criterion for assessing the balanced state of biosphere-compatible urbanized territories is the quantitative correlation between the indicators of the state of its components, namely: the level of satisfaction of needs for natural resources (so-called primary needs - water, oxygen, air, mineral resources, etc.), the level of innovative development in infrastructure cities and settlements, the level of human development.
