The current trends in construction in Ukraine and in the world are marked by an increase in the spread of high-rise and high-rise buildings, especially in large cities. However, in the conditions of functioning structures of the city and the existing infrastructure, there is often a problem of construction in the conditions of compacted construction, often even in difficult or complex hydrogeological conditions. One of the reasons for this specificity is the lack or significant cost of vacant sites under more favorable conditions. In addition, an important parameter is the need to integrate individual elements of urban development into a single infrastructure multifunctional complex. The problem field is to overlook the form of the most rational design and technical solution of non-reticent and enclosing constructions, the smaller parts of the base, and the larger number of the most significant ones. Goal. Analysis of the features and advantages of the application of architectural, structural and organizational-technological decisions made during the construction of an apartment building with built-in non-residential premises at: ul. Heroes of Kruty, 18D, in the Soborniy district of Dnipro. Conclusion. The use of modern efficient load-lifting mechanisms, rational organizational and technological measures in the execution of works and high-quality design solutions allows to implement complex large-scale projects in the conditions of compacted construction. It is possible to use sites with complex hydrogeological conditions, as well as their active integration into the common infrastructure space of the central part of the city. However, further analysis of the best practices of modern design organizations must be performed to evaluate its implementation for subsequent construction projectsReferences
