Formulation of the problem. The current trends in construction in Ukraine and in the world are marked by an increase in the spread of high-rise and high-rise buildings, especially in large cities. However, in the conditions of functioning structures of the city and the existing infrastructure, there is often a problem of construction in the conditions of compacted construction, often even in difficult or complex hydrogeological conditions. One of the reasons for this specificity is the lack or significant cost of vacant sites under more favorable conditions. In addition, an important parameter is the need to integrate individual elements of urban development into a single infrastructure multifunctional complex. The problem field is to overlook the form of the most rational design and technical solution of non-reticent and enclosing constructions, the smaller parts of the base, and the larger number of the most significant ones. Goal. Determination the features and advantages of using a curvilinear retaining wall made of drilling piles during the construction of a residential-office-shopping complex with a hotel and a parking lot on the street. Mykola Amosov in the Solomensky district of Kyiv. Conclusion. Improving the effectiveness of design solutions for the construction of high-rise buildings and their implementation, namely, reducing the duration and reducing the cost of construction in complex hydrogeological conditions can be achieved through the use of effective solutions retaining wall and rational organizational and technological complex of construction and assembly works. It is necessary to constantly study the world experience in the design, construction and operation of complex projects of leading organizations in leading countries for continuous improvement and development of the construction industry in UkraineReferences
