Reconstruction of buildings is characterized by more complex conditions for carrying out construction works, which result in the decrease of construction works performance, and increase of their cost in comparison to a new construction. A considerable number of specific conditions for reconstruction, dynamics of their change when carrying out works, increase of mutual influence of participants’ actions, performance of works in confined spaces and terms, require improvement of their technological preparation based on the approaches and methods which will allow to ensure rational execution of works for all participants of the reconstruction process.
It is proposed to improve the technological preparation for reconstruction works on the basis of systematic methods which allow to ensure the rational execution of works for all participants of the reconstruction process. The influence of interaction with other participants in the construction process, as well as the degree of their adaptability to specific conditions of reconstruction are taken into account. Ensuring the account of specific factors of reconstruction and obtaining optimal organizational and technological solutions balanced for all participants in the execution of construction works is performed by creating a system model for the execution of construction works. It is proposed to represent the construction production system as a set of interacting subsystems, one of which is the subsystem of technological preparation of construction works.
The article provides systematic basic concepts for modeling of building production systems. The criteria for systematic assessment of organizational and technological solutions of construction works in specific unstable conditions of reconstruction are proposed. The proposed criteria for assessing the state of systemic balanceness may be used as integrated indicators for ranking, comparison and selection of individual solutions for technological preparation of construction works. Checking the status of specific conditions analysis within the technological preparation of construction works for enterprises reconstruction identifies the reserves of construction works effectiveness during reconstruction. The need to account for the permanent or long-term factors primarily during the technological preparation of construction works is confirmedReferences
