The article deals with the main methods of analysis of organizational and technological solutions that allow formulating a number of requirements for a complex system designed for use in construction. The actual direction of research in this area is the development of an integrated model of organizational, technological and managerial decisions, which allows you to choose the optimal criteria for the creation of the final product and further monitoring their implementation.
