Abstract

The article also highlights the importance of economic indicators for the effective implementation of innovation strategies in the construction sector. To more accurately measure the effectiveness of innovation implementation, it is proposed to use indices that take into account not only financial results, but also technical and social aspects. This includes the level of automation of production, reducing energy consumption, as well as increasing the level of safety at construction sites. In addition, monitoring the costs of implementing new technologies is important, since this factor directly affects the profitability of projects. Therefore, for optimal use of resources, construction companies should systematically assess the feasibility of investments in innovations and their economic effect. Also, attention is paid to the need to develop methods for assessing the long-term effects of innovative changes, which allow taking into account not only short-term benefits, but also to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise. The study emphasizes the importance of determining socio-economic benefits, in particular, in terms of improving working conditions, improving employee skills, and promoting the development of green technologies that meet the requirements of sustainable development. The implementation of such practices not only improves competitiveness, but also allows for environmentally friendly and safe construction.

The paper also explores the issue of using digital technologies for effective management of innovations in construction, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), which allow for cost reduction, improved management decisions, and better coordination between all project participants. The development and implementation of such strategies is an integral part of the transformation of construction sector enterprises in the face of new technological challenges. In this context, the integration of innovative approaches, such as automation of management processes, the use of Big Data analysis for forecasting and trend analysis, and the use of artificial intelligence to optimize construction processes, plays an important role. Digitalization not only increases efficiency, but also allows for transparency and objectivity in decision-making. Since innovative strategies require large initial investments, constant analysis of profitability and return on investment is important. Developing integrated approaches to project and investment management requires enterprises to be able to adapt to constant market and technological changes, which in turn ensures the preservation of competitiveness and contributes to sustainable development..
