The collection of scientific papers “Ways to Improve Construction Efficiency” adheres to international standards of publication ethics and the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

 Rights and Responsibilities of Editors:

  • Ensure independent, objective, and unbiased review of all submitted materials (COPE, Code of Conduct for Journal Editors);
  • Make publication decisions based on the scientific value of the article, its originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of materials during peer review and not use information from articles in their own research before publication;
  • Address cases of conflicts of interest, plagiarism, and other ethical violations in accordance with COPE standards.

 Rights and Responsibilities of Authors:

  • Submit original scientific results and ensure the accuracy of data and correct citation of sources (COPE, Guidelines for Authors);
  • Not submit the same work to multiple journals simultaneously;
  • Inform the editorial office of any potential conflicts of interest;
  • Adhere to the principles of academic integrity in preparing manuscripts and cooperating with reviewers.

 Rights and Responsibilities of Reviewers:

  • Provide an objective, constructive, and confidential evaluation of materials (COPE, Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers);
  • Inform the editorial office of any conflict of interest that may affect the objectivity of the review;
  • Not use ideas, data, or methods obtained during the review in their own research prior to publication of the article;
  • Comply with review deadlines and provide detailed comments to improve the quality of the article.
