Aims and Scope
Ways to Improve Construction Efficiency publishes original research articles, review papers, and scientific and practical contributions in the fields of construction, civil engineering, architecture, geodesy, and land management.
The journal covers the design, construction, reconstruction, recovery, and operation of buildings and structures, building materials, products and structures, construction technology, organization and management of construction processes, digital technologies including BIM, as well as energy-efficient, environmental, safety, and inclusive solutions in the construction sector.
The aim of the journal is to disseminate research findings that demonstrate scientific novelty, theoretical significance, and practical value for the advancement of construction science and professional practice.
Editorial Policies
The journal follows the principles of academic integrity, transparency of editorial procedures, and open science. Peer Review
All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review. Each manuscript that passes the preliminary assessment is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The usual review period is 4 to 8 weeks.

Copyright and Licence
Authors retain copyright in their works and grant the journal the non-exclusive right of first publication. Published materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, which permits use, distribution, reproduction, adaptation, and the creation of derivative works, provided that proper credit is given to the authors and to the first publication in this journal.

Publication Fees
The cost of services related to manuscript preparation for publication, DOI assignment, and maintaining the publication schedule is 100 UAH per page. The fee is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication and does not influence the editorial decision. A waiver is available for certain categories of authors.

Editorial Board
The journal is led by the Editor-in-Chief, Oleksii Tuhai, Doctor of Technical Sciences and Professor. The Editorial Board includes scholars from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, other Ukrainian higher education institutions and research organizations, as well as international board members.

All published materials are stored in the journal’s electronic archive. For long-term digital preservation, the journal uses LOCKSS-compatible mechanisms and the PKP Preservation Network, with additional preservation through the V. I.
