The reasons for deviations in the parameters of the construction process in housing construction

The main factors of failures and violations of the construction progress are analyzed. As the object of study, participants in the process of erecting residential houses in the cities of Kiev and Chernivtsi were chosen. It was revealed that the factors of failures can be divided into climatic, economic, financial, socio-political, organizational, technological, technical, qualitative, force majeure. The possibility and expediency of modeling the parameters of the construction process with these factors taken into account was proved.
