The features of the application of effective shell-type systems in the industrial and civil construction

The article reviews the special effective shell systems made of thin-walled cold-deformed arched profiles. The technological aspects of construction and operation of the above mentioned systems are considered. Also, within the framework of this research, positive and negative features of the application of these systems are highlighted. The directions for further research in this field are indicated.
