Оrganizational and management structures in the composition of the organizational and technological model of investment and build projects management

The article is aimed at the consideration of the constituent structure of the organizational and technological model - the form of organizational design of the system of construction production in the context of investment and construction projects of the real estate. Organizational and managerial structures with the reflection of the main goals and functions of the process participants on the example of the model are considered. Investment-building projects occupy almost the entire volume of real estate development, such projects are directly related to the technological process of construction. The effectiveness of the implementation of construction projects is achieved through timely and coordinated decision-making at each organizational and managerial level. The issues of development of construction activity in Ukraine are relevant and need scientific substantiation.
