Problems and prospects of development of benchmarking in Ukraine

The essence and concept of benchmarking as one of the most effective tools for improving the efficiency of domestic business processes in this article. The basic definition of benchmarking. Studied the existing main problems with methodology for benchmarking national entrepreneurs. Deals with some of the psychological and ethical aspects of benchmarking that directly inhibit its development in Ukraine, despite the many years of successful experience of other developed countries in this management. Studies have shown that there is some ambiguity views on the definition of the concept of benchmarking and its nature, structure and place in enterprise management.
