Real estate appraisal is a multifactorial problem. The complexity of the evaluation is that the main factors influencing the assessment of real estate: physical, social, economic, political, etc. have different communication among themselves or do not have them at all. Using the basic principles of assessment described in this article will provide a more reliable estimate of the property value.
