Abstract

Offered an alternative to traditional approaches financial capacity assessment methodology specifically created Organizations (SCO) as new members of construction and investment process. The method introduces an innovative computational and analytical framework, a subordinate organization of the functioning of the operating system as the SCO aggregate structure of a new typ.
