Abstract

Викладено передумови та теоретико-методологічні основи  запровадження комплексного індикатора оцінки якості рішень будівельного проекту, який забезпечує додержання високих  стандартів якості ще на етапі інвестиційного задуму. Завдяки синтетичній конструкції, пропонований показник “функціонально-технологічний індикатор проекту” забезпечує одночасну оцінку як  надійності організаційно-технологічних рішень спорудження будівельних об’єктів, так і готовності команди управління проектом та його виконавців до забезпечення вимог замовника в процесі підготовки будівництва та спорудження об’єктів.
