Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы формирования и использования резервного фонда предприятия. Сформулировано необходимое и достаточное условие формирования внутреннего резервного фонда. Предложен методический подход расчета внутреннего резервного фонда, который позволяет формировать его, использовать и восполнять по мере необходимости.
