Abstract

In this paper the author presents the developed scientific and analytical control complex investment construction projects involving public and private investment. This concept integrates economically viable following categories of "yield", "economic security" and "liquid assets of buildings during their construction." For the needs of construction management on the basis of "economic security" was developed three economic and mathematical models. Developed and put into practice decisions on the organization of temporary structures for interaction with investors leading performer in the preparation of investment and construction projects.
