Abstract

A key aspect of strategic management of construction enterprises is adaptation to the typology and economic content of strategic alternatives. In the conditions of modern trends in the development of the industry, innovative measures are becoming the main means of ensuring long-term stability and competitiveness of enterprises. However, their implementation requires a carefully developed methodological approach that takes into account the individual characteristics of the enterprise, its resources, market conditions and available strategic alternatives. The problem in implementing innovative measures is the need to correctly assess possible development options, choose the best way to implement them and take into account the risks associated with economic and organizational changes. To this end, the methodologies used should ensure flexibility and adaptability. This involves the use of modern methods of strategic analysis, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and a matrix of strategic alternatives, which allow identifying key factors for the success of innovative activities. Particular attention should be paid to the typology of construction enterprises. It reflects both organizational and economic aspects of the activities of construction enterprises. Therefore, the methodological approach should be adapted to different types of enterprises, taking into account their size, level of technical equipment, human resources, financial stability, etc. The economic content of strategic alternatives outlines possible directions for the development of the enterprise, taking into account its financial resources, market prospects and ability to innovate. Strategic alternatives can include such diverse options as restructuring, modernization, market expansion and diversification, each of which requires a separate approach to assessing efficiency and risk. The development of methodological approaches requires a comprehensive assessment of factors such as the cost of innovations, their potential benefits, payback period and strategic goals pursued by the company. Methodological approaches should ensure not only the right choice of strategic options, but also their effective combination within the framework of the overall development strategy.
