Innovative organizational and technical solutions on a digital basis for the effective implementation of industrial and civil facilities

The article examines current trends in the digital transformation of the construction industry and justifies the need to implement innovative organizational and technical solutions on a digital basis to increase the efficiency of the implementation of industrial and civil facilities. The author analyzes key digital technologies that are changing approaches to the design, management, construction and operation of engineering structures, in particular: information modeling (BIM), digital project management platforms, the Internet of Things (IoT), digital twins, automated quality control systems, electronic document management, as well as virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies.
The study determined that the implementation of digital solutions contributes to a significant reduction in the labor intensity of construction work, optimization of resource provision, increase in the accuracy of task performance, reduction of the number of errors and repeated work. The mechanisms of integration of digital tools into the processes of managing the life cycle of the object were considered, which ensures transparency, flexibility and adaptability to environmental changes. It was determined that digitalization allows not only to automate individual stages of construction, but also to create a single information ecosystem that unites all participants in the process - from the customer to the operating organization.
Particular attention was paid to the analysis of scientific sources that confirm the relevance of the topic and demonstrate the interdisciplinary nature of digitalization in construction. The strategic advantages of digital transformation for the formation of a competitive construction business, the development of professional competencies, the improvement of management models and ensuring sustainable development were highlighted. It was shown that digital solutions contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of projects, reducing risks and ensuring compliance with international standards.
The results of the study have both theoretical and applied significance and can be used to develop management strategies, educational programs, regulatory and methodological documents, as well as to form a digital culture in the construction industry.
